It’s been a couple of weeks since my friend and I returned from 8 day tour with BPT and I could not have had a more wonderful, educational and transformative trip to Peru with your company. From the moment we stepped off the plane in Lima, we were met with professional, warm, knowledgeable and friendly staff starting and ending with the effervescent Carlos. Each and every stop from Lima to Cusco to Puno we were met and briefed by your team and all transfers and tours were worked out seamlessly before hand and there was no confusion at any stage.
The hotels were fantastic and their locations perfect, especially accommodations in Puno and Miraflores, my only complaint was the mediocre breakfast at the Anden Inca, but their staff and service was flawless never the less.
I must make special mention on Carlos (Lima), Alan(Puno) Gladys and Lupita (Cusco), in particular Carlos and who on his own took us to the Water Fountain Park in Lima and also Lupita who gave us an impromptu Spanish and Inca language lesson during our one hour trip to the airport. Your staff were wonderful and the tour guides extremely knowledgeable and patient and the tours well planned and educational. The buffets you organised for us (all three) were delicious and gave us a good overview of traditional Peruvian cuisine, I am sure to be “the next best thing” in the food world.
The one omission was the VIP lounge passes at the airport that were not offered to us on either our arrival or departure from Lima, so this needs to be addressed as this was advertised as one of the benefits of the Route of the Sun Package.
I will be recommending your company to all of my friends in Trinidad and abroad and would like to once again thank you for organizing such a wonderful experience for us. I will be booking tours with you in the future I promise. Thanks again and please pass on the compliments to all of your staff.
