Last minute flight changes by the airlines were no problem and our guides were waiting for us. The hotels met our expectations and we always felt confident that our tour would proceed as planned. Melanie’s English is excellent and she responds quickly to emails, even on Sunday. Guides at the various locations were helpful and knowledgeable.
