Just wanted to thank you for the excellent job you did organizing our September trip to Peru. As you know, we had a couple of interruptions with this trip (a business emergency back home and a strike at the Cuzco airport). In both cases, you were able to salvage as much of our trip as possible on very short notice. Not only did you do this efficiently and quickly, you also absorbed the cost of changing from group to private tours and waived your fee for booking air tickets. We call this going “above and beyond the call of duty” and are very grateful. We enjoyed our trip very much (we were especially impressed with the guide services of Lucretia in Cuzco). Peru is an amazing country. Our only regret is that we had too little time to enjoy it.
