The company was organized in every destination we have arrived.  The accommodations were also as expected.  The guides and drivers/pickup and drop off service were very courteous and were easily seen.  The set up of the tour itself was  rewarding except for the transfer from Cusco to Quito which took the whole day Oct 31, which we felt was wasted since we spent most of the time in the airport  and in transit.  Maybe if there was an available flight in the morning from Cusco that would be better.  We did not have enough sleep when we arrived because it was already Nov 1, almost 2am when we settled in the hotel  and we had to be picked up at 8 am for the city tour.  Guides we had were all very helpful and accommodating.  They tell us what we want to know.  Carlos in Lima was exceptional among the guides; The drivers were very cautious and very helpful in giving us also suggestions for the local food when asked.  The driver in Cusco is very courteous among the rest; The car /land transportation were very comfortable and spacious.  It is not cramped like the other tours that we have taken.  Very well recommended. Food: the buffet breakfast served in Tunupa  Sacred Valley was filling.  We did not have enough time though to taste everything maybe 30 minutes more to stroll around the area. The breakfast in the hotels were mediocre especially the one in Cusco. Maybe that needs more improvement; Time and Excursions: Everyone was on time.  The set up time was not too early not too late except for the Oct 31 and Nov 1 schedule.  The excursions and route taken by the tour guides are very much appreciated since they stay away from the large groups making us feel the place more to ourselves.  We especially like the way Alex in Machu Picchu (10-30) , Puma in Cusco (10-28) and Engineer in Sacred valley (10-29) handled it.   I would recommend your services.
