Hi Joyce,

This note took far too long in coming, but I really want you to know how well our trip to Peru went. We were a little worried about connecting with the Peru tour people, but after we were so graciously welcomed at the airport it was never a concern again. How wonderful to spend the whole route ot the hotel learning about everything from money to culture, to food! Everyone from your company was so friendly and professional… even the driver from our Cusco hotel to the airport, who didn’t even speak much English, insisted on carring our bags and escorting us all the way through the airport to our plane. I’ve been telling everyone about this experience…everything you need is taken care of… and the rest of the time, you’re free to explore and meet people on your own.

I want to especially thank you for all your help and encouragement on our afternoon at the airport. Talking to you was like having a lifeline, and even though we couldn’t get out that day, we knew that all wasn’t lost. Thanks so much for salvaging so much of our previous Peru vacation money and for setting up the next one. I always say that things happen for a reason, and we certainly had a wonderful trip, so maybe the first one wouldn’t have been so nice!

We really loved Peru and its people, and I’d love to go back someday. Being at Machu Picchu was one of the true highlights of my life.

Again, there’s really no words to express our thanks for all you did to help us! You are a true professional.
