My girlfriend and I had a rewarding trip to Peru, from Lima to Cusco to Machu Picchu. Fortuitously we ended up at the site on the morning of June 21, the winter solstice and the beginning of the Inca New Year. Not only that but this year celebrates the 100th anniversary of the discovery of Machu Picchu by Hiram Bingham. All of this was made possible by the great planning and support of Joyce at Best Peru Tours

Joyce was a pleasure to work with over multiple emails and phone calls dealing with our preparation to visit Peru. She was very thorough with itineraries and breakdowns we requested and was very accommodating with some specific hotel requests, etc. that we had. In addition, we were pleased to find we had some unexpected additional upgrades along the way. Thanks Joyce (or whomever made that happen)!! We’ll be contacting Joyce the next time we visit Peru!
