We enjoyed our trip to Peru (June 25 thru July 4) very much and we must tell you that the local contacts were all very good and helpful. In particular, the representative in Cusco was great. Our flight into Cusco had been delayed and we had expected to miss the first day of the Cusco City Tour, but the local tour operator was able to deliver us directly to the group with the tour already in progress, for the portion of the tour we were able to make. And, as we had missed an included meal on our day trip to Nazca, she was able to arrange a wonderful buffet dinner with show in the center of Cusco. She also helped to track down and recover the Cusco city tour ticket which we had inadvertantly dropped the first evening as we got off the tour bus – that saved us the expense of purchasing a replacement ticket for the second day of the tour. While there was a bit of confusion about the timing of our early morning wakeup call, everything worked out OK.

Because our flight out of Cusco was delayed seven hours due to rain and clouds in the valley, we were disappointed that we missed the Lima City Tour on July 1st . Luckily we did arrive in Lima in time to make the flight connection to Iquitos that evening. All in all we were very satisfied with your services
