There is certainly room to improve communication between local agencies in Peru and Best Peru Tours. And there is even more room to improve communication between Best Peru Tours and customers. I wish next customer will know flight itineraries (including name of local agencies, phone numbers, etc) in advance. I also wish next customer to know about changes of itineraries right away. There was a local strike, which was not communicated on time between local agencies and Best Peru Tours, and we missed our chance to visit several places just because of poor communication (not because of strike). I wish the agency be much more flexible in choosing route alternatives if there is a need in changing the itinerary.
