Hello Jessica! Sorry I haven’t got back to you sooner but we just got off the ship on Monday and it has been re-entry all week. I hate unpacking!
Anyway, I just wanted to thank you and everyone at Best Peru Tours for a wonderful tour to the Nazca Lines. Although we were disappointed about not being able to get to M.P., this was just an incredible susbstitute and we appreciate the trouble you took to give us a different experience. I realize that because we had no insurance, your firm was under no obligation to offer us anything and yet, you came through with what became the highlight of our trip. The Mossone Hotel is great – old, atmospheric and fun and the Oasis at Ica was wonderful. I would be remiss if I did not mention our driver, Marcos and our guide in Ica, Carlos, as well as Javier and Jorge in Lima. They were awesome – knowledgeable, friendly, obliging and very professional. I couldn’t believe some of the traffic jams Marcos got us into and out of – that guy is an excellent driver and we felt perfectly safe at all times.
Many thanks to you and please pass this along to your Manager with our grateful thanks as well. We were so impressed with the level of service from your company and I’m so glad we had the pleasure of meeting you, Jessica, even if briefly and will definitely recommend your firm to anyone who is thinking of going to Peru. Hopefully, we will return one day to see Machu Picchu and if so, you will be the first people we contact.
