How are you doing David?
Just wanted to let you know just how satisfied we were with our entire trip; from our pick ups at the airport, to the tours, and the way we were handled. There were no problems whatsoever. We enjoyed our private tours the most, because of course we could see and do whatever we wanted. Bibiana in Buenos Aires was wonderful, and hope you will be able to recommend her if you send others there.
All the hotels were beautiful and great, Because of the strike in Cusco we stayed an extra day the Liberatdor and a day less in Lima so it worked out for the best. Even that change in all the plans the agency made all the plans without problems, and the changes went smoothly. I had terrible altitude sickness as soon as we got off the plane in Cusco and went straight to bed upon arriving at the hotel. The tour agency was nice enough to change our city tour to the next day. I would recommend that the city tour NOT be planned the first day of arrival in Cusco just for that reason. Both Patti & I were really sick, Sam slightly and John was fine.
I wasn’t sure if any feedback ever gets back to you on the changes during your clients trips and just wanted to let you know. Everyone was GREAT………You chose excellent agencies to assist us in our travels.
