This is the first time my family and I booked a trip via the Internet. Paola’s work was impeccable. All contacts were timely, and went above and beyond any expectations. We loved our tour. Our tour was 10 days and included Lake Titicaca/Puno. We really enjoyed ourselves and Peru. Raul Castelo in Cusco stood out as the best guide we had on the trip.
