We booked a tour to Manu and not all was as described. The transportation van was in need of repair. The door seal needed to be replaced and dust swirled in the van as we traveled in the mountains to our destination. The van was very slow and had minimal pick up so that our traveling took twice the length of time. A lodge in Peru is not the same as in the U.S. Even though traveling to and from our destination was terrible and accommodations were not what we expected, the people we met were very nice.
