Joyce was a pleasure to work with over multiple emails & phone calls dealing with our preparation to visit Peru. She was very thorough with itineraries and breakdowns we requested and was very accommodating with some specific hotel requests, etc. that we had. In addition, we were pleased to find we had some unexpected additional upgrades along the way. Thanks Joyce (or whomever made that happen)!! We’ll be contacting Joyce the next time we visit Peru!
