When my husband and I decided to go to Machu Picchu, Iguaçu Falls and Buenos Aires we were at a loss. We didn’t know where to start or who to go with. We checked the internet, and had several companies give us proposals at the onset and decided to go with Best Peru Tours. We mainly chose this company because they covered all of the things we wanted to see and they had a contact in the USA. We could not recommend this company highly enough. Everything they proposed worked out beautifully. We felt that we were treated personally, honestly and efficiently. It is quite a daunting experience to go into a new country with a different language and hope that your contacts meet you where and when they are supposed to. All of the contacts and guides spoke English and were knowledgeable about their country and answering any questions that we might have. We were not disappointed. Never were we left stranded or wondering where our guide was. We even were furnished a cell phone so we could be in constant touch with someone who spoke English and could help us while in South America. Our flight out of Iguaçu Falls was interrupted because of our flight cancellation so we took a bus to Buenos Aires. Our agent, David, did the best he could to relocate us as our hotel reservations were cancelled. When we arrived in Lima, Peru we expressed to our guide, Carlos, that we had looked all over for a stuffed elpaca for our granddaughter and were disappointed that we couldn’t find one. Carlos took the time to take us to a shop at the airport past midnight to find us an alpaca. We couldn’t believe the personal attention given to us. We would definitely refer Best Peru Tours to our family and friends and will certainly use them if we decide to return to South America.
